Climbing the corporate ladder is never easy, but making fun of the process can be exhilarating. Up The Corporation is a new game reflecting situations encountered by dysfunctional characters who climb a real ladder to become CEO by utilizing Politics, Hard Work, Ethics and Strategy. As in the real world, hard work doesn't always pay off. Players will laugh out loud as they share some of their favorite office stories.

Designed to take an irreverent look at the corporate office environment, the game takes players, or “employees,” through typical work situations dealing with the bureaucratic and often surreal world of a corporate office. The circumstances presented are actual experiences with incompetent management, office politics, corporate rules, unending meetings, nepotism, discrimination and dysfunctional office workers.
