The MobiCam AV Internet Kit works when the video camera with microphone transmits picture and sound wirelessly to the MobiCam AV’s receiver. Using a USB cable, the picture and sound are input to the computer’s USB input, and read by the MobiCam Anywhere Software. The MobiCam Anywhere Software broadcasts the full-motion images and sound from the Camera in real time to a personalized, secure website that the user creates. The picture and sound can then be accessed by using any PC’s Internet browser — from anywhere in the world — simply by accessing the personalized website or by using any Windows Media Player capable cell phone or PDA. "It provides live audio/video streaming. The motion sensor settings will send you e-mails or text messages alerting you that motion has been detected," Andrew Buckband, national sales manager for MOBI Technologies, told TDmonthly. Launch date: 2009. ToyDirectory Product ID#: 23428 (added 4/27/2009) . The best toys are ones children dream up themselves. Eric Levin, president of TechnoSource, told TDmonthly that Printies “allow kids to experience a whole new level of customization and self-expression by creating their own stuffed toys.” Kids can design, print and stuff their own Printies toys, print them out with fabric paper, and stuff them at home — all with the items in this kit. Launch date: Fall 2009. ToyDirectory Product ID#: 22367 (added 2/3/2009) .
